Kokomu selects European Birch Plywood (Baltic Birch Plywood) sourced from high-latitude cold regions. Due to the cold climate and slow growth cycle, the birch wood is exceptionally dense and compact. Through a lamination technique where multiple thin wood veneers are glued together in a 90-degree cross-grain pattern, we create a craft-grade material that combines aesthetic appeal with outstanding durability.

● Products are crafted from solid wood or plywood. Variations in grain and color may occur due to the natural characteristics of the wood.

"Musical Movements"

1. To ensure quality, we exclusively use Japanese Sankyo movements.
2. We apologize, but we cannot accommodate custom music requests for single orders involving large quantities. If you require 200 units or more, please contact us at info@kokomu.com.
3. Our musical movements are mechanical, not electronic. Please avoid touching the comb directly with your hands to prevent rust.
4. There is no expiration date for the normal operation of our musical movements.
5. Once wound, a musical movement can play for approximately one minute. Winding the key two full turns is sufficient; over-winding may damage the movement.

"Ordering Information"

1. Orders placed on regular business days will be shipped on the same day or the following day. For 7-Eleven pickup orders, items will be shipped the same day and delivered to your designated store the day after tomorrow. For home delivery orders, items will be shipped the same day and delivered to your address the following day. (Excluding Saturdays and Sundays)
2. We ship products in cardboard boxes and include a complimentary paper shopping bag for your convenience.
3. Please note that we do not ship on Tuesdays and Wednesdays due to our scheduled rest days. Additionally, home delivery services are unavailable during national holidays.
4. We offer two payment methods: "Payment at 7-Eleven" and "Home Delivery".
5. For items with large dimensions, we recommend choosing home delivery, especially for bulk orders, to ensure the best possible shipping condition.
