Celebrate Lantern Festival Together: 2019 Puli Forest Lantern Festival
The Monument to the Geographic Center of Taiwan marks the exact center of the island, the former site of the Nenggao community 94 years ago, and a popular spot for morning and evening exercises for Puli residents. For children growing up in Puli, visiting the Geographic Center of Taiwan is a must-do milestone. From a tourism perspective, the heart of Taiwan lies in Puli, and we are proud to hold this 'Heart of Taiwan.' This year, the Puli Township Office creatively organized the Puli Forest Lantern Festival, featuring exciting activities such as 'Creative Paper Lanterns,' 'Forest Masks,' 'Ring the Bell, Touch the Heart,' 'Forest Market,' 'The Sound of Hope Shakes the Mountains and Forests – Dacheng Junior High School Concert Band,' and 'Paper Lantern Path.' Through the Puli Forest Lantern Festival, we aim to unite the town's residents and let Puli start from the heart in 2019.
