The 2017 Sun Moon Lake Come!Bikeday Cycling & Fireworks Music Carnival features a rich and exciting lineup, including three fireworks concerts, three sporting events, and two industry culture activities.
For the first time, the 2017 Sun Moon Lake Come!Bikeday introduces a challenging route from Sun Moon Lake to Tataka on Mount Yu, Taiwan's highest peak. The course spans approximately 80 kilometers with a total elevation gain of about 2,562.81 meters, making it perfect for cyclists who enjoy tackling steep climbs. There are also orienteering and marathon activities that appeal to both children and adults.
Additionally, for three consecutive weekends starting October 21, renowned Taiwanese symphony orchestras and local indigenous children will perform, interpreting Taiwan's unique cultural characteristics through music. Other featured events include Sun Moon Lake weddings and the Sun Moon Lake Red Tea Culture Season.
