The theme of the 2017 Puli Eco-Town Carnival was "94 (meaning) 'Mountain' City 'Small' Figures, 94 (meaning) 'Light'." We believe that everyone in the mountain city is a small but significant force, a glimmer of light in the darkness. There is no need to wait for others or for the future. The "Mountain Small" figures unleash the collective power of an ant army, emerging in droves. These tiny sparks of light gather to form a vast galaxy, illuminating the night.

The Puli Eco-Town Carnival began in 2013. Organized spontaneously by the community with minimal sponsorship funds, this year marks its fourth edition. In our daily lives, there are many people—whether full-time professionals or amateur volunteers—who silently protect our natural ecology, safeguard our living environment, promote public health, cultivate organic food, support the elderly and young communities, and preserve local culture. On the day of the carnival, friendly forces from all sides come together to convey these ideals and share simple, actionable methods.

※ Participation Method: Register on-site at the service desk, collect a passport card, and freely visit the various booths. Expected attendance: 500 people

※ Booth Introduction: Each booth focuses on the themes they normally promote and manage. Through the carnival, townspeople can get to know Puli's local community groups better and actively participate in their activities. The booth themes fall into five categories: (1) Vision for Eco-Town Development; (2) Natural Ecology Education, Environmental Restoration, and Ecological Rehabilitation; (3) Organic and Non-Toxic Living Environments and Diets; (4) Support for the Elderly and Young, Promotion of Social Welfare; (5) Public Health Awareness and Disease Screening Promotion.

※ Passport Card Rules:
(1) This is a stamp-collecting game designed to encourage families and townspeople to participate. Registration is on-site and free of charge. Upon registration, each person receives one passport card.
(2) After completing each station, correctly answering the host's questions or finishing the experience will earn you one stamp.
(3) For some stations, participants may need to cover material costs.
(4) Once you have collected enough stamps, you can redeem gifts at the [Passport Redemption Counter]. Choose freely until all gifts are taken.
